Signature Cocktail
A custom drink we design together. Often a citrus-forward batch built for serving fast at scale — paloma, gin spritz, mezcal sour.
A vintage Italian three-wheeler with a solid wood bar top and six working taps. Mobile bar service for weddings, brand activations, and private events across Austin and the Texas Hill Country — anywhere the bar fits.
The Piaggio Ape is an Italian classic — a tiny three-wheeled work truck that's been a fixture of European villages since the 1940s. We took ours, restored it in cream and copper, and built a fully functional tap bar into the cargo bed. The result is the bar that anchors your event without dominating it.
Six working taps. A solid wood bar top with brass trim. Hex-tile back wall. The truck rolls in, the cargo bed opens, and the bar comes alive — without outlets, generators, or any external power source. When the night ends, it rolls out — and most of your guests will spend the whole evening photographing it.
We've poured from the Piaggio at Hill Country wedding venues, on ranches outside Dripping Springs, inside galleries and lofts, and at brand activations across Austin. It's our signature format — and it's the format Austin clients ask for first.
Every detail was chosen to do two things — pour exceptional drinks fast, and look beautiful while doing it.
A natural wood pour surface runs the length of the bar, framed in brass that matches the taps. The grain warms with use and pairs cleanly with whatever florals and styling you bring to the day.
Six brass taps run live — four facing the guest side, two more on the back. Most clients pour cocktails, beer, and wine, but the lineup is yours to design with us.
White ceramic hex tile behind the taps gives the bar a clean, photographable focal point that holds up against any color palette your florals are working with.
A vintage Piaggio Ape — Italian post-war workhorse — restored in cream and copper. The truck itself is part of the design; clients style around it instead of trying to dress it up.
No outlets. No generators. No extension cords run across your venue floor. The Piaggio runs everything from its own onboard systems, which means it goes wherever it physically fits — indoor or outdoor.
The standard configuration runs two signature cocktails on draft, plus a beer and a wine — with two more taps for whatever fits the event. Augusto leads the cocktail design and Veronica makes sure it lives in the same world as the rest of your day.
A custom drink we design together. Often a citrus-forward batch built for serving fast at scale — paloma, gin spritz, mezcal sour.
A counterpoint — usually something darker, lower-acid, more spirit-forward. Old fashioned riffs, barrel-aged Negronis, smoke variations.
One Texas-brewed beer on tap — usually a pilsner, a kolsch, or a light lager that drinks cleanly with food. We'll source it.
A wine that pours from a keg — typically a Texas rosé in spring, a cool-climate red in fall. Cleaner pours than bottles for events of this size.
Cold brew. Kombucha. House-made shrubs. Mocktails alongside the cocktails. Whatever rounds out the menu for your guests.
For a teen event we ran a cereal bar with four milks on tap — oat, almond, whole, chocolate. If it can be poured, we can build a tap around it.
Hill Country venues, ranches, lakeside estates, indoor reception halls. The Piaggio rolls in wherever there's room — and is usually the most photographed part of the day after the dress.
Product launches, pop-ups, festival booths, conferences. The truck is its own visual marketing — clients have shipped it across Austin for Meta, H-E-B, Clarins, and others.
Milestone celebrations, anniversaries, corporate dinners, fundraisers. Indoor or outdoor — homes, estates, country clubs, ballrooms.
Loft openings, exhibitions, warehouse parties, ballroom receptions. If there's a wide-enough door and ground-level access, the Piaggio fits.
No two events are the same — pricing varies based on guest count, service hours, format, and custom needs. Here are recent examples from past clients to give you a sense of what your investment might look like.

Indoor or outdoor — grass, gravel, concrete, hardwood, pavers, all fine. Plus 4–6 feet of standing room in front for guest service. The truck arrives on its own three wheels.
The Piaggio is fully self-contained. No outlets, no generators, no extension cords. We bring everything the bar needs to run the night.
The truck is small but it's a vehicle — we need a path that's at least 6 feet wide and clear of low branches or steep grades to get it where it lives during your event. Indoor venues need a ground-level entrance and a wide-enough door.
Per Texas law, the host buys the alcohol. We tell you exactly what to order, source the kegs (you reimburse keg costs at our wholesale rate), and pour it for you. Use our free alcohol calculator for a head start.
